Renter Responsible for:

• Select and hire caterer and all other vendors (under a separate contract)
• Provide alcohol/mixers/cups for bar service (bartender is a separate contract)
• Certificate of Insurance (COI) to show liability insurance for day of the event

Saturday Wedding 9am - midnight:

    Peak Season:

     Off Peak:

Block-off the Weekend:

    Add-on with a Saturday Rental

     May - October                        $1,500

    GUARANTEES that the Friday before your

       wedding is blocked off (providing it’s open

       at the time of your booking). You will have

       9am- midnight on Friday in addition to

       9am- midnight on Saturday, PLUS Sunday

       morning until 10am for removal of your items.

 

Friday Wedding 9am - midnight:

      May - October                        $3,200

 

Sunday Wedding 4-hour Rental:

      May - October                         $1,500

      4-hour event with guests on premise using

        Barn and Grounds only 2-hour set-up and

        2 hour clean-up SAME DAY ONLY. 

        Access at 11am.

 

Farm House Add-On With Wedding Rental:

Set-up and Clean-up:                 $500  
      Set-up to include all guest tables/ chairs, linens/

       centerpieces (renter provides), and  misc. tables

       and decor  inside  the barn only.  Additional  decor

       such as lights etc. is an  extra charge.   

       Clean-up to include tables/chairs broken down &

       stored,  linens bagged, decorations packaged for

       pickup, and misc. trash removal after the event.    

       Does not include clean-up  during  the event

       (caterers  are responsible for busing tables), and

       are responsible for clean up and trash removal

       entirely in the catering section.    
       
Outdoor tents with guest tables is an additional

       charge starting at  $100  (guest count).    

       Outdoor ceremony set-up to include chairs and

       decor (renter provides) & clean-up is  an additional

       charge starting at  $100  (guest count)  .    

Bartender:                                   $250    
        Bartender will be on premise an hour before the

        event to set-up bar.  Bar closes at 10:00pm.

        Bartender will clean up the bar area.   Renter to

        provide own alcohol / mixers /  ice / glassware.    

 

Day of Coordinator

Wedding Management:             $950

        Planning begins  a month before  to make sure

         everything  the  day of  is executed perfectly!       

 

  • Will plan out venue details/ room layout of guest tables and decoration details

  • Will plan out a detailed timeline for the event with copies to all vendors

  • Will be the point person for vendors to accommodate drop offs/ set-up/ and pick-ups

  • Will oversee that all vendor services are on time and accurately being executed day of

  • Will oversee and manage all the details during setup before the event start time

  • Will be the point person for families and guests for any day of needs that arise during

  • Will gather and move guests as needed for main events (ceremony, pictures, dances)

  • Will manage the event timeline to keep the evening event’s on pace and flowing

  • Will break down indoor ceremony setup if needed to transition into the reception

  • Will give personal assistance to relocate gifts and cards after all guest arrive

  • Will give personal assistance to any complications that arise with vendors/ guests

  • Will enforce on premise rules in lieu of security (police called if needed)
