wedding is blocked off (providing it’s open
at the time of your booking). You will have

morning until 10am for removal of your items.

Customize your Wedding:

Set-up and Clean-up: $500
Set-up to include all guest tables/ chairs, linens/
centerpieces (renter provides), and misc. tables
and decor inside the barn only. Additional decor
such as lights etc. is an extra charge.
Clean-up to include tables/chairs broken down &
stored, linens bagged, decorations packaged for
pickup, and misc. trash removal after the event.
Does not include clean-up during the event
(caterers are responsible for busing tables), and
are responsible for clean up and trash removal
entirely in the catering section.
Outdoor tents with guest tables is an additional
charge starting at $100 (guest count).
Outdoor ceremony set-up to include chairs and
decor (renter provides) & clean-up is an additional
charge starting at $100 (guest count) .
Bartender: $250
Bartender will be on premise an hour before the
event to set-up bar. Bar closes at 10:00pm.
Bartender will clean up the bar area. Renter to
provide own alcohol / mixers / ice / glassware.
Day of Coordinator
Wedding Management: $950
Planning begins a month before to make sure
everything the day of is executed perfectly!

Will be the point person for vendors to accommodate drop offs/ set-up/ and pick-ups

Will be the point person for families and guests for any day of needs that arise during

Will gather and move guests as needed for main events (ceremony, pictures, dances)

Will manage the event timeline to keep the evening event’s on pace and flowing

Will break down indoor ceremony setup if needed to transition into the reception

Will give personal assistance to relocate gifts and cards after all guest arrive

Will give personal assistance to any complications that arise with vendors/ guests
